Removing Unfairness from the Legal System: A Single Standard for All
On Tuesday, J6 defendant Operative Ray Epps was sentenced to non-incarceration.
Don’t miss this! Carry faith with you everywhere with the Exclusive National Prayer Coin!
Ray Epps, the lone protestor on January 6 who specifically called on others to enter the Capitol, was formally sentenced to one year of probation, $500 in restitution, and 100 hours of community service.
Rather than make a personal presence in court today, Epps chose to make a virtual appearance on Zoom.

Even though eight people are incarcerated for touching the same sign, the Biden administration chose not to file charges against Epps for hurling a sign at law enforcement.
Ray Epps tossed the thing with power, aiming it at the cops. He was freed without being prosecuted.
Our government is in a mess right now.
A few months back, Patty McMurray from 100 Percent Fed Up discovered the video.
Ray Epps is seen holding up a large Trump sign with a bunch of ardent fans in this powerful video. It’s certain that Epps was instrumental in leading the throng through the first and subsequent obstacles to the US Capitol on that fatal day. (One more transgression)
Ray Epps may be seen in the video standing close to the sign’s corner.
ALERT! Major Water Restrictions In Effect!

Outside the US Capitol, the demonstrators move closer to the police.
Ray Epps stays with them for the whole of that time. After the sign is unveiled, Ray Epps steps out and leads the throng with obvious authority.

Patty McMurray spotted this video clip.
Ray Epps was shown in a recent video hurling a sign at police officers in a violent manner, which The Gateway Pundit published about in January.

Note: During the event, no police officers suffered any injuries.
It was FreeStateWill that posted this.

A number of individuals are incarcerated today for touching the placard Ray Epps was flinging at the cops as it went over their heads.
Everyone who touched the sign, which the prosecution described as “an enormous battering ram,” was refused bond and faced hefty jail sentences, as Kelly Wilde has reported. Ray Epps was exempt.
As previously noted by Cara Castronuova today —
Ray Epps’ public in-person sentencing hearing was abruptly rescheduled by the D.C. Kangaroo Court for a remote Zoom hearing last evening.
Epps’ sentencing hearing was set to take place in person today at 10 AM in the E. Barrett Prettyman United States Courthouse in Washington, D.C. The hearing was changed to a “hybrid hearing” on January 8, 24 (government in person and defense via Zoom), citing the Court Docket.

Eric Clark, a J6 defendant, has filed a lawsuit against Epps for “conspiracy to violate civil rights,” according to the Gateway Pundit. A federal court in Utah received the lawsuit filing.
This is when things become murky.
The Gateway Pundit received word that Ray Epps will get service of the lawsuit in the courthouse while he was being sentenced. The Plaintiff hired process servers, and our reporters were supposed to be present to record Epps being served on camera. All of this was talked about via private phone calls yesterday.
Subsequently, as if by magic, Ray Epps’ Fairy Godmother conducted a remote, telephonic sentencing hearing instead of his public, in-person one.

What a sign.
Chief Judge James Boasberg, chosen by the Honorable Obama, gave his approval to this.

“What more proof is needed to show that the government is protecting Epps?!” stated a lawyer who worries about reprisals.

I believe this was a setup by Pelosi all along.
Nancy Pelosi daughter video recording proves that it was a set up! Nancy Pelosi was ready😕😕
Remove All obo and George Soros and Killary judges and DAs.
I don’t care what anyone says Epps is an FBI mole, why else would he get such a low sentence. The FBI and the justice dept. at work! And Garland gives us his crocodile tears about being a persecuted Jew in Europe. Ha Ha!
Epps is what is known as “A plausibly deniable asset” who belongs to no 3 letter agency officially ,but is hired to carry out their nastier missions giving the agency complete deniability–“he isnt one of us!”
