Republican Andy Ogles of Tennessee was elected to Congress in January 2023 and joined the House Financial Services Subcommittee. He just presented a House Resolution on June 12 that calls for articles of impeachment against Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden, respectively.
Vice President Kamala Harris has been charged with tremendous incompetence and contempt for the well-being of American residents by Representative Ogles. Even though she is the “Border Czar,” she has steadfastly declined to go to the southern border. Americans have suffered greatly as a result of this failure. Representative Ogles has drawn attention to the vice president’s continued threat to national security as long as she holds office in his proposal.

Ogles cited the following claims in relation to the resolution for Biden:
- In violation of the president’s promise to uphold transparency, Biden and executive branch agencies have withheld facts and supporting documents from Congress at his instruction.
- Members of the Biden family and business partners set up a number of limited liability shell corporations, ostensibly to hide financial transactions made before and after Biden was vice president under former President Barack Obama.
- In his capacity as vice president at the time, Biden threatened to withhold financing from former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. He requested that Poroshenko drop an inquiry into Burisma Holdings, which hired his son, Hunter.
- A form FD-1023 pertaining to information provided by a confidential human source suggesting an influence-peddling conspiracy involving Biden was among the records Biden’s Department of Justice and FBI withheld from Congressional committees after being served with subpoenas.
- Biden failed to keep his oath of office to defend US sovereignty because he “directly facilitated the ongoing southern border crisis.”
The House Judiciary Committee has received the resolutions from Ogles. The chamber has the authority to refer accusations to the Senate in the event that a simple majority vote decides to impeach the president. However, according to legislative observers, media reports show that just a small fraction supports impeachment.
Tuesday, Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) put out her own House Resolution calling for President Biden’s impeachment due to his misuse of authority and negligence of duty. The identical procedure as the one suggested the day before was followed by sending the resolution right away to the House Judiciary Committee.
