The video, which was used as proof at Jacob Chansley’s punishment, has only just been made public. Contrary to common opinion, the video shows Chansley, or “the QAnan Shaman,” gently leaving the building.
Chansley can be heard praising the law enforcement personnel, stating, “God bless you guys. Thank you for your patience, we really appreciate it.”
Jacob Chansley pleaded guilty to impeding an official action, and on November 17, 2021, he was given an 81-month jail term. He will also be responsible for paying for the harm caused by his participation in the fatal riot that shook our nation’s capital earlier this year.
