BREAKING: Florida Sheriff SLAMS Walz After ICE Shooting

“You have to be accountable for your conduct, and that starts with the mayor,” Judd said in a video statement. “Did you hear his filthy talk? Did you hear his filthy, uninformed talk yesterday to the people, not only of the city and the state, but across the nation?”

Those comments came after Frey publicly told federal immigration officers to “get the f*** out of Minneapolis,” a statement Judd called disgraceful.

“Shame on you,” Judd added. “That’s lack of professionalism.”

Judd’s frustration reflects a deeper divide between leaders who support law enforcement and politicians who undermine it for political gain.

Video Evidence Shows Vehicle Used as a Weapon

After reviewing video from the incident, Judd explained exactly why the shooting occurred and why it was justified under the law.

“Law enforcement officers, federal law enforcement officers, ICE agents were trying to take the occupant of the car out of the vehicle,” Judd explained.

What happened next escalated rapidly.

“During this encounter, the vehicle backed up and then drove directly at the ICE agent,” Judd said. “That is a deadly weapon, a two ton deadly weapon.”

The Department of Homeland Security later classified the attack as an act of domestic terrorism after authorities said Good intentionally used her vehicle against federal officers.

Judd did not mince words about the outcome.

“So what did the occupant expect?” Judd asked. “They should have expected to be shot when you commit a deadly assault on a law enforcement officer.”

Minnesota Leaders Blame ICE Instead of Criminal Behavior

Despite the clear evidence, Frey and Walz rushed to condemn ICE, portraying the shooting as unjustified and demanding that federal agents leave the state altogether.

Walz even mobilized the National Guard after protests erupted, a move that struck many observers as deeply ironic. The same governor who allowed Minneapolis to burn during the 2020 George Floyd riots suddenly discovered urgency when federal agents enforced immigration law.

Judd’s remarks gained additional significance following the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025. Since that murder, concerns about political violence and radicalization on the Left have intensified nationwide.

Minneapolis at the Center of a National Reckoning

Under President Donald Trump, more than 2,000 federal agents were sent to Minneapolis following the exposure of one of the largest welfare fraud scandals in American history.

Investigators uncovered an estimated $3.8 billion in fraudulent claims tied to fake daycare centers and bogus social service programs, many of them operating unchecked for years.

House Republicans later revealed how the scheme flourished under Walz’s leadership, contributing to his decision not to seek reelection after his failed vice presidential run alongside Kamala Harris.

Instead of addressing the root causes of crime and corruption, Minneapolis leaders doubled down on sanctuary policies and hostility toward Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Judd’s Warning Could Not Be Clearer

Judd urged Minnesota officials to stop encouraging resistance and start supporting law enforcement.

“Let’s send out the message loud and clear, and it should start with the mayor, the police chief, the local sheriff and the governor of Minnesota cooperate with law enforcement officers,” Judd said.

He also issued a stark warning to anyone considering violence.

“Don’t resist them. Don’t violently resist them,” Judd stated. “If you do violently resist them, if you do felonious assaults with two ton weapons expect to be shot.”

Two Visions of Law and Order

The contrast between Polk County and Minneapolis could not be sharper.

Judd has spent decades building a reputation for protecting communities, standing up for victims, and refusing to bow to political pressure. Voters continue to reelect him because they trust his leadership.

Minneapolis voters, by contrast, have empowered politicians who vilify police, tolerate riots, and attack federal officers doing their jobs.

Judd’s message is simple and timeless. Support law enforcement or step aside.

Minnesota Democrats chose chaos. Now the consequences are impossible to ignore.
