House Bill 1484, introduced by State Representative Justin Keen (R-MS), would establish the Mississippi Illegal Alien Certified Bounty Hunter Program. Under this legislation, private bounty hunters would be offered a $1,000 reward for each illegal alien they apprehend who is then deported.
