According to a Wall Street Journal article, Frank Biden, Joe Biden’s younger brother, would routinely interrupt business meetings to take calls from an unidentified person known only as “the big guy” while Joe Biden was vice president. The White House’s frequent claims that President Biden had no involvement in his son’s business dealings are refuted by this.
Former Federal Signal Corp. vice president and president of safety and security Matthew Brady has made a shocking allegation regarding Frank Biden. “I thought, ‘OK, great, your brother is the vice president,’” Brady spoke about the exchanges with the Wall Street Journal.

Charles Provini, the company’s president at the time, stated that James and Hunter asserted they could get the business union funds or investments based on these connections.
“I was a little star-struck at the time perhaps,” Provini added. “I think most of the things that he was saying were just pleasantries … It might have been for credibility.”
According to a New York Post article, Hunter and James Biden both earned a sizeable $4.8 million from a profitable 2017 agreement with the Chinese energy firm CEFC.
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” Hunter Biden wrote in a WhatsApp message to his Chinese business associate, Raymond Zhao. He then seemingly invoked his father’s position, stating that he would “make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.”
