The devastating ripple effects of Joe Biden’s open-border agenda continue to claim American lives — this time in a fiery, heartbreaking crash on a California freeway. One of Biden’s “catch-and-release” border crossers, who should never have been in the United States, drove an 80,000-pound big rig straight into stopped traffic, killing three innocent people in an instant. The shocking dashcam video is almost unbearable to watch — a tragedy that even Trump’s Transportation Secretary says could have been easily prevented.
The driver, 21-year-old Jashanpreet Singh, crossed illegally into the U.S. in March 2022, where Border Patrol agents apprehended him in California’s El Centro Sector. But instead of being deported, Singh was released under the Biden administration’s so-called “alternatives to detention” program — a bureaucratic way of saying “we’ll let you go and hope you show up to court later.”
That decision proved deadly.
Fast forward to this past Tuesday. Singh, now behind the wheel of a Freightliner tractor-trailer, barreled down Interstate 10 in San Bernardino County, heading toward a line of cars stuck in traffic. The dashcam inside his own truck caught the horrifying moment — Singh never hit the brakes. Not once.
