This kind of diagnosis is as serious as it gets. Gleason score 9 places it among the most aggressive forms of prostate cancer, and metastasis to the bones confirms it is now considered stage 4—incurable by most standards.
The statement went on to say:
“While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management. The President and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians.”
In a surprising show of civility amid intense political rivalry, President Donald Trump and former First Lady Melania Trump offered well wishes:
“Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden’s recent medical diagnosis. We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
But for many Americans, this announcement was less about sympathy and more about the glaring lack of transparency from the Biden administration. After months—if not years—of denying the reality of Biden’s evident health issues, the truth is now coming out in waves, and voters are demanding to know what else has been hidden.
Dr. Chris George, a medical director at the Northwestern Health Network, didn’t sugarcoat the situation when speaking to Reuters:
“What concerns me … is the fact that the cancer has been reported to have already spread beyond the prostate to the bones. And when the cancer has spread to the bones, that makes it stage 4, that that means that the cancer is not curable. There’s no treatment available that can cure the cancer. There’s definitely treatment available that can control the cancer.”
Even more disturbing was Dr. George’s disbelief that such an aggressive cancer could have gone undetected in a man who supposedly receives routine physicals:
“I would assume that the former president gets a very thorough physical every year… it’s sort of hard for me to believe that he’s had a PSA within the past year, that was normal… But it it does seem odd to me. I agree.”
This raises the obvious question: Did Biden’s team know about the cancer earlier and keep it under wraps? Or worse, were White House physicians pressured into downplaying the president’s condition?
Biden has frequently retreated to his Delaware beach house, a location notably exempt from visitor logs. Critics are now wondering: Were these frequent visits actually attempts to quietly receive medical treatment away from prying eyes?
If the White House was willing to cover up Biden’s cognitive issues—as became impossible to deny after the disastrous debate—what’s to stop them from hiding a potentially terminal illness?
Tim Carney from the Washington Examiner summed up the public sentiment bluntly:
“Former President Biden deserves our prayers. He does not deserve the benefit of the doubt.”
The calls for accountability are growing louder. Republican lawmakers are being urged to launch a full Congressional investigation. Subpoenas for Biden’s physicians, aides, and medical records may be on the horizon as the public seeks to understand just how much the Biden camp knew—and when they knew it.
At the heart of this unfolding crisis is a fundamental question about trust. After years of denials, deflections, and outright dishonesty about Joe Biden’s mental and physical state, Americans aren’t just questioning his fitness for office—they’re questioning the entire administration’s integrity.
With the 2024 election looming and confidence in the presidency at an all-time low, one thing is clear: The truth can’t be hidden forever. And now, it’s coming out faster than Biden’s handlers can spin it.
