Following Thursday night’s presidential debate, the mainstream media, long aligned with the Democratic Party, could no longer ignore the stark reality of President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline. The debate showcased Biden’s struggles with coherence and truthfulness, prompting a rare admission from the media of his deteriorating mental state.
However, one persistent falsehood lingers: the portrayal of Biden as a “compassionate” leader. This narrative masks the reality of his long history as a corrupt politician and a habitual liar. One glaring example of his callousness emerged during the debate.

“Truth is, I’m the only president this century that doesn’t have any — this decade — that doesn’t have any troops dying anywhere in the world like he did,” Biden claimed in a now-viral 21-second clip posted to social media platform X. This statement, filled with confusion and inaccuracies, highlights his detachment from reality.
Prominent conservative commentator Greg Price quickly responded to Biden’s remarks, posting the clip online. As of Friday morning, it had garnered over 2.2 million views and 29,000 likes. “13 American service members killed during his horrible Afghanistan withdrawal were unavailable for comment,” Price tweeted, highlighting the absurdity and insensitivity of Biden’s statement.
Former President Donald Trump, visibly dismayed, waited eagerly to address Biden’s blatant falsehood. Biden’s initial claim about being the only president “this century” without troop casualties, and his subsequent correction to “this decade,” revealed his cognitive struggles and disregard for the truth.
