And then came the arrest that blew everything open.
A California State Employee Identified as Lead Attacker
Authorities detained 25-year-old Jihad Dphrepaulezz after a brutal assault and robbery of a Turning Point USA attendee. The suspect works for the California Department of Public Health and performs as a rapper under the name “A.R. The Believer.”
Aerial clips captured him ripping a gold chain from a man wearing a red Charlie Kirk shirt. When the victim tried recovering his stolen property, multiple Antifa militants swarmed him. He was left bloodied in the street.
Initially both men were detained, but after analyzing evidence police clarified what happened.
Berkeley Police confirmed: “Officers determined that one of the men—Jihad Dphrepaulezz … had stolen the other man’s chain from around his neck. The other man was attempting to get his chain back from Dphrepaulezz.”
The victim was released. Dphrepaulezz now faces robbery and felony battery charges.
And here’s the part Democrats and their media allies cannot spin away. This wasn’t a random agitator or local drifter. This was a taxpayer-funded state employee traveling to Berkeley specifically to target conservatives.
The Radical Network Behind the Riot
The violence was not spontaneous in any sense. A long-time extremist organization called By Any Means Necessary, better known as BAMN, spent weeks mobilizing the attack.
Flyers plastered around campus denounced TPUSA as a “white nationalist, neo-fascist organization” and urged activists to “make clear” conservatives were not welcome. The group also claimed Kirk was recruiting “young thugs for Trump’s inevitable attempt at military occupation of the Bay Area.”
This was not political disagreement. This was incitement disguised as activism.
BAMN has spent more than twenty years orchestrating high-intensity confrontations nationwide. A 2002 FBI internal document listed the group among organizations “thought to be involved in terrorist activities,” and even the ACLU noted concerns about the FBI’s scrutiny of their operations that year.
The group’s most notorious figure, middle-school teacher Yvette Felarca, has been arrested multiple times for violent conduct, including a 2016 riot that injured ten people. She later secured a plea deal requiring only 90 hours of community service. Felarca now serves on the executive board of AFT Local 1078, giving her access to one of the largest teachers unions in America.
BAMN members are embedded throughout the American Federation of Teachers and the National Education Association. These are not fringe radicals living in basements. These are state employees, teachers and union officials using institutional power to orchestrate politically motivated violence.
Trump Administration Treats Berkeley Riot as Terror Threat
Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force is now investigating Monday’s mayhem. Bondi posted: “Antifa is an existential threat to our nation. The violent riots at UC Berkeley last night are under full investigation by the FBI-led Joint Terrorism Task Force.”
This is the first major challenge to President Trump’s recent executive order designating Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization.
Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon also demanded Berkeley preserve all security footage and communications tied to the event. She warned, “We saw all of this at Berkeley back in 2017. Berkeley was sued, and settled the case.”
The history speaks for itself. Berkeley cancelled Ann Coulter’s event in 2017 after threats. Milo Yiannopoulos’s appearance was shut down after Antifa militants set fires and caused severe property damage. Now the same campus is once again engulfed in orchestrated violence targeting conservatives.
Antifa Celebrated a Political Assassination
Despite smoke bombs, fireworks and chemical irritants, conservatives packed the venue to hear Rob Schneider and Christian author Dr. Frank Turek.
TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet reported: “Despite Antifa thugs blocking our campus tour stop with tear gas, fireworks, and glass bottles, we had a PACKED HOUSE in the heart of deep blue UC Berkeley.”
The hostility escalated into sickening taunts about Charlie Kirk’s death. Agitators screamed “F**k your dead homie” and mocked the assassination. One militant shouted, “Who’s more alive here than Charlie Kirk?” Another brandished a sign reading “Kirk said death penalties should be public, quick, and televised. Congrats, bud!”
This was not protest. This was political bloodlust.
What the Arrest of Jihad Dphrepaulezz Really Reveals
The Berkeley riot wasn’t the work of disorganized activists. It was a coordinated strike carried out by extremists with government jobs, union titles and institutional reach.
The same political class that screeches about “insurrection” is harboring militants who celebrate political assassinations and violently shut down constitutional rights.
The crucial question now is whether the Trump Administration will follow through on dismantling these radical networks or whether the Berkeley attack becomes yet another warning America ignores.
These left wing activists have taken a step back on life progression… They’ve devolved into subhuman animals, more rabid than a wild boar with rabies. They no longer function as civil human beings. They are unable to win any debate, or argument with words. They refuse to listen to logic, or reason. Now they openly call for, and advocate for death, to all who bring any other view to the forum. They’ve become killers for their cause, and openly celebrate murder! They look at conservative people and want them dead! They have become a cancer in the body of the Rule of Law! The monster in our society that needs to be put down as quickly as possible, in order to save innocent lives! I suppose they see us as the threat… However, we are not trying, and succeeding, to shoot and kill people in their party, or during their protests, or marches. Charlie Kirk opened up a platform that ANYONE and EVERYONE was Welcome to Speak Their Minds!! The Left was Welcome! I Believe Charlie Kirk Broke Them!! The Same Way Trump Broke Nancy, Chuck, and the Rest!! And The Left Has NO Other Way To Express Their Frustration For Being Wrong!! And They ARE Wrong! As This Has Been Proven Over And Over Again, By Great Patriots Like Charlie Kirk!! It Was So Unnecessary To Kill Him!! Now they’re not even pretending to be civil… they’re Showing us what they want, they want us Dead! So I think the next time these Violent Criminals Decide to Attack a Peaceful Gathering, They Should Be Charged As Terrorists!! ALL OF THEM!!
