AOC Pressed Hard on Foreign Policy

Democrat firebrand Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez found herself under the bright lights of the global stage this week, and the results were anything but confidence-inspiring.

But if that was the goal, Friday’s exchange may have had the opposite effect.

During a discussion about mounting tensions in the Indo-Pacific, the moderator posed a clear and pressing question: Would the United States commit troops to defend Taiwan if Beijing launched an invasion?
