Former Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway is not pulling any punches—and this time, she’s setting her sights squarely on the Democratic Party’s alleged lies about President Joe Biden’s mental fitness. In a fiery appearance on Fox News, Conway took on the Left, the media, and especially progressive darling Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), accusing them of deceiving the American people and creating a political double standard that protects their own while punishing conservatives.
Conway didn’t mince words when reacting to the revelations in the new book Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Axios’ Alex Thompson. The book claims that top Democrats knew for years about Biden’s cognitive issues but supported his presidency and re-election campaign anyway.
While Tapper and Thompson framed it as a “cover-up,” Conway flatly rejected that terminology.
“They are all complicit, and I don’t know if it was a cover up so much more of just an outright lie. Let’s stop using nice words like gaslighting and cover-up. They lie to us,” Conway said.
