Eight years after leaving the White House, Michelle Obama is still reflecting on the impact of her husband’s presidency—and raising new questions about their marriage in the process.
In the debut episode of her podcast “IMO,” which premiered Wednesday, the former first lady, now 61, admitted she was initially opposed to Barack Obama running for president.

“No way,” she recalled saying when she first learned of his political ambitions.
Michelle also credited her older brother, Craig Robinson, 62, as her rock throughout Barack’s presidency. “I couldn’t have gotten through eight years in the White House without my big brother,” she said, as reported by the New York Post. Robinson, a former college basketball coach, now serves as the executive director of the National Association of Basketball Coaches.
