Before her arrest, Watkins was forced into hiding when the FBI conducted a military-style raid on her home. Speaking with The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft, she recounted the terrifying experience.
Jessica Watkins: “So I left for a while. I left for four days. And eventually, my fiancé called me and said, ‘Hey, the FBI just raided.’ They used the Joint Terrorism Task Force. They just threw flashbangs throughout the whole house. They threw a flashbang at our dog. They shot out the windows. They had a drone that they were flying around.”
Watkins eventually turned herself in and was imprisoned for over four years.
Once incarcerated, Watkins was placed in solitary confinement in multiple facilities. She suffered from a broken arm sustained on January 6, which was left untreated. Her condition worsened, yet she was denied proper medical care.
Jessica Watkins: “I was in solitary confinement everywhere I went… My arm was visibly deformed and still green and purple. They booked me into the Butler County Jail, gave me just an Ace bandage, and then took that away. They said, ‘Well, we don’t think you need anything.’ There was no bed, nothing.”
After threatening to go on a hunger strike, Watkins says she was stripped naked and paraded through the jail before being thrown into a glass booth, where she remained for four days under bright lights and constant harassment.
Shockingly, prison officials later placed Watkins in the men’s wing of the D.C. Gulag, despite her having transitioned years prior. It took over a year and a half before she was transferred to the women’s section.

Watkins also exposed the DOJ’s questionable tactics during her trial. A so-called witness, unknown to her or any Oath Keeper, was brought in to testify against her and others. This individual had a criminal record, including a conviction for child rape, and had changed his identity multiple times.
Jim Hoft: “You say you’re not familiar with this person. You didn’t know who he was. You don’t know why he was a witness. And yet they called him in, and he also has a shady background. Reportedly, he was caught with some sex charges or something. But he was testifying against you?”
Jessica Watkins: “…He recorded this audio and then was like, ‘Well, this sounds like some scary anti-government stuff.’ There’s nothing there, because we have the entire audio. We played it in trial.”
Despite the man’s background and false testimony, the court allowed his statements, and Watkins was convicted. The FBI reportedly promised the witness a clean record, witness protection, and a new identity in exchange for testifying.
The D.C. court sentenced Watkins to eight and a half years in prison, but after four years, President Donald Trump secured her release.
Jessica Watkins’ story is a chilling example of the Biden DOJ’s war on political dissidents. Her resilience in the face of corruption and injustice is nothing short of inspiring.
