BREAKING: AOC’s Desperate Letter to AG Bondi EXPOSED!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

“I sent an email today to Deputy Attorney General. At what level is that impediment? Is that impediment? I’m not an attorney. I’m not a prosecutor. Is that impediment? Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts? If so, what are we going to do about it? Is she crossing the line? I’m working with the Department of Justice and finding out where is that line that they cross,” Homan told Laura Ingraham.

AOC’s Desperate Response

The congresswoman’s letter to Bondi reads like a paranoid plea, dripping with anxiety over what could be coming next. She claims Homan is trying to “politically intimidate” her and whines about “attempts to weaponize” the DOJ against her.

AOC frames her actions as a matter of free speech, arguing that she was simply “informing my constituents and the American public of their constitutional and legal rights.” Yet, what she conveniently leaves out is the fact that she was actively hosting webinars to instruct illegal aliens on how to evade federal law enforcement officers in New York City.

“Mr. Homan’s repeated attempts to use your agency to politically intimidate duly elected officials are a textbook threat to the right to free speech,” she complains in her letter.

She then invokes the First Amendment, reciting it verbatim as if it provides a loophole for aiding and abetting lawbreakers.

Playing the Victim Card

It’s a classic leftist move—cry “persecution” when faced with consequences. AOC’s letter continues with accusations that Homan is “threatening criminal proceedings for exercising the First Amendment.” She claims that educating the public about their rights is part of her role as an elected official and warns that DOJ investigations could have a chilling effect on free speech.

“Educating the public about their rights, especially in a time of rising uncertainty, is a key part of our responsibility as elected officials. A government that uses threats of DOJ investigations to suppress free speech is a threat to all, regardless of political ideology,” she writes.

She also demands that Bondi respond by March 5, 2025, with an update on whether the DOJ is investigating her.

The Big Question: Is AOC in Trouble?

While AOC postures as a victim, the real question remains—did she cross the line from advocacy into outright obstruction of immigration law? If the DOJ determines that her actions aided and abetted illegal immigrants in evading ICE, she could be facing serious legal consequences.

Homan, for his part, has made it clear that he isn’t backing down. His message was unmistakable: “She’s in trouble now.”

With the Biden administration already under fire for its handling of the border crisis, an investigation into one of its most radical members could spell disaster for the left’s open-borders agenda. The coming days will reveal whether AOC’s panic was justified—or if this is just another chapter in her endless victimhood narrative.
