Epstein allegedly shared that federal authorities offered him a deal: plead guilty to minor charges and serve minimal prison time if he could provide evidence against Trump — even if that evidence wasn’t true. “He said, ‘They told me they’d let me plead out something small, and I’ll do just a couple of years in a camp, if I can give them something on Trump to get him impeached,’” Tartaglione recalled.
Even more shocking, Tartaglione claimed Epstein said the prosecutors didn’t require him to prove any accusations. As long as Trump’s team couldn’t disprove the claims, Epstein would receive his leniency. “He says, but the government told me I don’t have to prove what I say about Trump, as long as Trump’s people can’t disprove it,” Tartaglione added.
During these conversations, Tartaglione said Epstein admitted to knowing Trump but described a strained relationship. “I said, ‘Well, do you know Trump?’ He says, ‘Well, you know, I know him. I met him, but we don’t like each other.’”
Epstein reportedly claimed that Trump had thrown him out of a party at Mar-a-Lago years earlier. When Tartaglione asked why, Epstein allegedly said, “Oh, he got mad. I was talking to some girl.”
Tartaglione, suspicious of Epstein’s behavior, pressed further. “How old was the girl, Jeff?” he asked. Epstein reportedly replied, “Oh, about 18, 19,” but Tartaglione, using his experience as a former police officer, wasn’t convinced. “Jeff, that means probably 14, 15,” he concluded.
Notably, this account aligns with a 2020 Miami Herald article, which reported that Trump had banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago in 2007 after he harassed the underage daughter of a member. A source close to the situation stated, “Such an act could irreparably harm the Trump brand, leaving Donald no choice but to remove Epstein.”
According to Tartaglione, Epstein briefly entertained the idea of fabricating allegations against Trump but ultimately decided against it. However, this refusal to cooperate may have sealed his fate.

The lingering question remains: Did Epstein’s refusal to “play ball” with what Tartaglione describes as the “Deep State” contribute to his suspicious death? Epstein’s apparent suicide has fueled countless theories, with many pointing to inconsistencies in the official narrative.
These new claims from Tartaglione add yet another layer to the mystery surrounding Epstein’s demise. While concrete evidence may never surface, the allegations reignite the debate about potential power plays, political agendas, and corruption within the justice system.
As the public continues to demand transparency, one thing is clear: the story of Jeffrey Epstein is far from over.
