During a Zoom call with Voto Latino, Biden referenced a joke from a Trump rally that had sparked widespread criticism. At Trump’s New York City event, comedian Tony Hinchcliffe had made an off-color remark, referring to Puerto Rico as a “floating island of garbage.” Biden, while addressing this, commented, “The only garbage I see floating out there is [Trump’s] supporters.”
