Judge Shocks Georgia, Halts Ballot Count Rule!

In a move that’s left many questioning the integrity of the judicial system, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney has blocked a new Georgia State Election Board rule that would have mandated hand-counting ballots at the precinct level. The rule, which aimed to ensure the number of ballots cast matched the total from the voting machines, was delayed until after the election, sparking outrage among election integrity advocates.

Back in September, The Gateway Pundit reported that the Georgia State Election Board voted 3-2 to implement a rule requiring counties to hand-count physical paper ballots. This hand count would not verify vote totals, but rather ensure that the total number of ballots cast aligned with the machine counts. This measure was seen as essential after the debacle of the 2020 General Election, where several Georgia counties saw discrepancies in their vote tallies.
