A St. Louis Fox affiliate has uncovered a potential voter fraud scandal that could have significant implications ahead of the November elections. The investigation revealed that Democratic operatives may have been actively encouraging noncitizens to register to vote, specifically targeting Mexican migrants working under temporary H2-B visas. These workers, who are not U.S. citizens, were allegedly urged to support Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
The discovery came to light after reporters obtained flyers sent to a local landscaping business where many of these noncitizen workers are employed. According to the business owner, who requested anonymity, the flyers contained alarming instructions. In bold, capitalized text, they declared: “Stop the steal by stopping Trump’s allies.” The material went on to encourage these workers to “vote for Harris-Walz and pro-worker candidates” in the upcoming election.

The business owner, concerned about the apparent push for voter fraud, immediately alerted local media. “This was outrageous,” he told Fox2, noting that his workers are Mexican migrants legally authorized to work in the U.S. but not permitted to vote. “They shouldn’t be dragged into this.” The workers in question are employed under H2-B visas, which allow them to work in the U.S. temporarily, but do not grant them the right to participate in elections.
