In a significant development that has raised eyebrows, newly released audio recordings from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department (LVMPD) shed light on a sudden medical emergency involving President Joe Biden during his visit to Las Vegas on July 17. The audio, obtained by the Heritage Oversight Project through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, confirms that Biden’s trip was abruptly cut short, and he was swiftly transported back to Delaware under mysterious circumstances.
On July 17, President Biden was scheduled to deliver a speech at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. However, the plan was suddenly altered due to what was officially reported as a positive COVID-19 test. Biden had announced his diagnosis earlier and stated that he would isolate as he recovered. However, the newly released recordings suggest that the situation may have been far more severe than initially reported.

The LVMPD recordings reveal that officers were alerted to an emergency involving the President. The term “421” was used in the communication, which according to LVMPD’s code sheet, signifies a sick or injured person. One officer can be heard stating, “For everyone on the radio, right now POTUS is 421. He’s being seen, so we’re just kinda waiting to see how this is shaping out. So, for everybody’s knowledge, he’s 421 right now; we’re just trying to figure out what’s going on and we’re gonna go from there.”
