Biden’s Divisive Speech Full of Lies!

Despite Roberts’ clarifications, dissenting justices including Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson warned of a potential slide toward autocratic governance, with exaggerated claims suggesting that presidents could now assassinate political foes.

In his address, Biden echoed the dissenting opinions, accusing the Supreme Court of undermining longstanding legal principles. “The court has attacked a range of long-established legal principles in our nation, from gutting voting rights and civil rights to taking away a woman’s right to choose, to today’s decision that undermines the rule of law of this nation,” Biden stated.

Biden’s speech took a grim turn as he revisited the January 6 Capitol riots, labeling them a direct result of actions taken by his predecessor. He described the event vividly: “Nearly four years ago, my predecessor sent a violent mob to the U.S. Capitol to stop the peaceful transfer of power. We all saw it with our own eyes. We sat there and watched it happen that day. An attack on the police, the ransacking of the Capitol, a mob literally hunting down the House Speaker.”

The President omitted the involvement of Capitol Police in escalating the situation by deploying tear gas on a peaceful crowd, an action that exacerbated the chaos and led to a breakdown of police barriers.

Biden also misrepresented the mob’s intentions regarding former Vice President Mike Pence, falsely claiming they sought to harm him with makeshift gallows, despite evidence suggesting no such intent.

In his closing remarks, Biden framed the January 6 incident as one of America’s darkest days, hinting at the potential legal repercussions for Trump linked to that day’s events. “The American people deserve to have an answer in the courts before the upcoming election. The public has a right to know the answer about what happened on January 6th before they are asked to vote again this year,” Biden emphasized.

Concluding his statement, Biden voiced his agreement with Justice Sotomayor’s dissent, urging Americans to reflect on the implications of Trump’s actions on democracy before returning hastily to the Oval Office, leaving the questions of the press unanswered.
