During the 2008 campaign, alongside her ex-husband, Google programmer Scott Hassan, Huynh hosted lavish fundraising dinners, charging up to $100,000 per plate, which drew numerous high-profile guests. However, her recent interview with Fox News’ Jesse Watters unveiled her growing disenchantment with the Democratic Party. She explained her departure from the party as akin to a “divorce,” attributing it to an accumulation of unresolved issues.
