In a significant development for the upcoming 2024 elections, the U.S. Supreme Court has chosen not to review a case challenging Oregon’s long-standing mail-in voting system. Oregon, which pioneered universal mail-in voting following a 1998 referendum, has utilized this system since 2000. The plaintiffs in the case argued that the system could potentially disenfranchise legitimate voters, stating, “every phantom vote cast disenfranchises a legitimate vote.” However, their lawsuit was previously dismissed by both a district court and the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
The appellate court emphasized that the plaintiffs failed to provide concrete examples of vote manipulation in Oregon. Their ruling stated, “Plaintiffs do not allege that their votes were not counted, nor do they identify with sufficient particularity how any given election in Oregon was fraudulently manipulated through the vote-by-mail or computerized tabulation systems.” They further noted that the plaintiffs’ concerns were based on a “crisis of confidence,” a claim previously deemed insufficient to establish legal standing in similar cases.

On another front, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals delivered a ruling that could reshape voting procedures in Pennsylvania and possibly influence other battleground states. The court ruled in favor of the Republican National Committee (RNC), which argued for strict adherence to signature verification standards for mail-in ballots. The case centered on whether ballots lacking a correct date or any date should be disqualified.

Americans (mainly the Conservative Voters): Hello. Regarding “mail-in” ballots…Significant loopholes opportunities for fraud still remain out there.
1. Each voting district must label and include in their ballots database a unique ID Number on each mail-in ballot sent-out to people. Such an ID # would prevent multiple votes of the same ballots placed into vote-counting machines by unscrupulous demoncrat voting center employees.
2. ALL ballots ( both in-person and mail-in ballots) must be date-and-time stamped upon receipt at the voting center. That would prevent any ballots being included in the tally after Election Day.
3. Otherwise, beware of the demoncrat motto: “vote early and often”.
I had a ton of proof that Delaware officials were rigging the election but everyone was in such a frenzy that no one would listen.
Carper’s office was apparently in charge in Delaware. I had a new phone number, it belonged to a man from NEW JERSEY that “fixes” elections world wide, Carper’s office called many timesasking where “my” write in ballot was.
The man lives in NEW JERSEY, how is it he was voting in Delaware and Carper was waiting to recieve his ballot?

We even joke about dead people voting, and buying votes, etc. In the past this was on the local level, and I for one believed our national elections were not tainted enough to effect the outcome! I has CONFIDENCE IN THE SYSTEM! In my opinion the 2016 Presidential election was rigged.but Trump supporters overwhelmed the rigging! Remember Hillary’s and the lap dog news media e reaction? The 2020 election was rigged again, and again Trump Supporters overwhelmed it again. That is why they had to shut down THE VOTE COUNT IN ALL 5 SWING STATES, SEND POLL WORKERS HOME, AND STUFF THE BALLOT BOXES! THE ONE THING I FEAR OUR COUNTRY CAN’T SURVIVE IS RIGGED ELECTIONS, LIKE ALL BANANA REPUBLICS! DEMAND FAIR ELECTIONS, AND VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!
