President Trump was ordered to pay $355 million on Friday by Judge Arthur Engoron, a left-leaning jurist, in relation to loans he obtained in New York State. Attorney General Letitia James of New York State launched the investigation that led to these charges. Notably, there were no obvious victims in this instance, and the loans were paid back with interest on time. Bank testimonies verified that they had carried out extensive evaluations prior to giving Donald Trump the loans, and they indicated that they would be open to doing business with them again in the future.
Judge Engoron declared this to be a criminal conduct and ordered President Trump to reimburse the state $355 million. Furthermore, as reported by Volokh Conspiracy, Engoron assigned a Clinton-appointed judge to supervise Trump’s New York State commercial empire.

Judge Engoron continued the “independent monitor” function that former U.S. District Judge Barbara Jones had played in the Trump corporate empire. He gave her more power to check financial statements before they are disclosed to outside parties. Judge Jones now has the authority to choose an independent compliance director and to order Trump to sell off part or all of his company holdings in the future. These actions are a response to accusations that Trump manipulated the value of his real estate holdings fraudulently in order to lower state taxes and obtain better bank loans.
This is the perfect example of tyranny: political differences led to New York State seizing President Trump’s business.
Swearing Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron repeatedly decided against Trump in the three years he presided over James’ lawsuit. According to the AP, Trump was fined $110,000, held in contempt, and forced to take a deposition by Engoron.
Judge Engoron reportedly has four children and three marriages under her belt.
Arthur Engoron, nevertheless, is not a boy scout.
