In the face of Musk’s blatant refusal to comply with the SEC’s subpoena, the SEC now asks the Court to intervene and compel Musk’s compliance.”
Following the SEC investigation, Musk called for a major reorganization of government agencies to reduce political targeting.

Musk talks from both sides of his mouth, while what he says about the politicization & weaponization of government agencies is entirely correct, he is so deeply in bed with them that he cannot bite the hand that feeds, he is uber-dependent on government contracts & government spending. Trump was railroaded, it’s a hit-job & everybody knows it, but our spineless Republican representatives in Congress (including my own) are so focused on re-election & taking care of those who helped him get where he is, takes all his time & cares little for real opinions & advice given by his constituents.
