The district attorney for Fulton County, Fani Willis, is said to have disregarded an email subpoena from the House Judiciary Committee. The subpoena required personal delivery to her by the U.S. Marshals Service. (Daily Caller, source)
Willis was previously served with a subpoena by the House Judiciary Committee on February 2 requesting that she appear for testimony on the purported misappropriation of public funds. Willis is charged with taking money intended for other juvenile and gang prevention initiatives and using it for “frivolous, unrelated expenses.”
