Prior to Super Tuesday, the lawsuit against the former US President was initially set for March 4, 2024.
This is a major setback for radical Obama Judge Tanya Chatkun and the American Marxist mob.

Before Super Tuesday, the globalist left and the Democratic Party had a plan to use this lawfare case to undermine Trump in the eyes of the mainstream media.

Now, even though the results are known, they have to focus on ludicrous court cases in the communist courts of New York City in an attempt to undermine Trump.

In the last five days, the DC case was taken off the calendar.

According to The Washington Post:

The trial date for former President Donald Trump, who is accused of conspiring to rig the 2020 election, has been moved from the public calendar, suggesting that his assertion of presidential immunity may cause the trial to be postponed while an appeal is filed.

Trial deadlines have been suspended as a consequence of Trump’s appeal to contest the case, as decided by U.S. Tanya S. Chutkan, district judge. He claims that his actions following the 2020 election and the Capitol attack on January 6, 2021, where he attempted to obstruct Joe Biden’s election confirmation, are not crimes under the Constitution and that the government cannot charge him for them. This shift in reasoning hasn’t yet been reflected in the official criminal case docket, though.

This spring, a criminal trial involving allegations of business fraud connected to payments of hush money made by Trump during the 2016 election is probably going to occur in Manhattan. Dated March 25, the original plan was postponed in a different D.C. case has raised the likelihood that this trial will take place first. Judge Juan Merchan of the New York Supreme Court will hold a pretrial conference on February 15 and then determine whether to move forward with the planned trial.

The public calendar of the United States has inexplicably vanished from the March 4th trial date for Trump. District of Columbia District Court. When exactly it will be removed is still a mystery. The fact that the March 4 trial date was still listed on an internal court calendar dated January 26 suggests that this change was made fairly recently. A federal official who wishes to remain anonymous provided this information.
