WATCH: Guest Exposes CNN Host’s Trump Attack!

A Republican expert exposes CNN’s distorted account of the former president’s Town Hall remarks after the network was exposed for misrepresenting Trump. Communication specialist Lee Carter exposed how CNN misrepresented President Trump in a recent episode, offering a new angle to counter their biased reporting.

Trump was questioned in Tuesday’s interview with Sean Hannity on the media’s intense concern over his seizing power. “You are promising America tonight, you would never abuse power as retribution against anybody?” Hannity asked.

“Except for Day One,” Trump joked. “I want to close the border and I want to drill, drill, drill!”

Carter thinks the previous President’s message was twisted since the soundbite was taken out of context. Fascinatingly, the CNN debate exposed the network’s prejudices.

“I don’t think that what he meant to say was, ‘I’m really going to be a dictator’ in that moment. That’s not what he was saying. He was saying, ‘I’m going to be a dictator on day one and under these two terms,’” Carter explained.

“This is very much like in 2016, everybody said, ‘He’s an outsider, he’s got no experience.’ And he’s like, ‘Yeah, I’m an outsider with no experience. I’m gonna blow things up in D.C.’ He’s got that kind of a way about him. He did, and he did, but that’s what people like about him, by the way,” she finished.

As the newsfeed on Wednesday morning demonstrated, Trump’s calculated action during the pre-recorded Iowa town hall effectively aroused the attention of the media.

The headlines in the mainstream media, such as “Trump Deflects Question On Retribution And Law-Breaking At Town Hall” from The New York Times have painted Trump’s comments in the worst possible light.

On Tuesday, the Associated Press reported:

“Trump declines to rule out abusing power to seek retribution if he returns to the White House,” even if they provided a true recounting of the conversation without providing the context of the Executive Order. The opinion expressed by The Daily Beast, a radical left newspaper, was comparable to that of the AP. “Donald Trump, in a Fox News town hall Wednesday, did not rule out breaking the law if re-elected president.”

To be sure, Trump asked Hannity a question along these lines early in the conversation, referencing the recent steps taken against him by the Biden Administration. If Trump had “in any way” made any mistakes, the presenter inquired “plans whatsoever, if reelected president, to abuse power, to break the law to use the government to go after people.”

which Trump enquired about “You mean like they’re using right now?”

Even more, the former president boldly predicted what will happen to Joe Biden in the coming four years: “I personally don’t think he makes it, OK? I think he’s in bad shape physically.”

“And by the way, it was OK for him to say that ‘I’d like to take him behind,’ and he could say that and everyone thought it was so cute. If I ever said it, they’d say, ‘He’s a dictator. He’s a horrible human being.’ You know, it’s a whole double standard we have,” Trump added.
