Maryanne Trump Barry, the illustrious sister of the late President Donald Trump, unfortunately died at the age of 86 in her Manhattan home.
Barry, an Upper East Side resident, was found unconscious, and the New York Post claimed that no foul play was suspected.

The path to become a federal judge was an incredible one for the elder sister of President Trump. She broke through glass barriers and was appointed by former President Ronald Reagan to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1983. Her career, however, took a sharp turn in 2019 when she quit after a scandal involving ethics. Allegations of undisclosed money connected to her father Frederick Trump’s real estate firm were at the center of the issue.
Her younger brother shot to fame, carpeting the streets of New York with gold and going on to become one of the biggest names in real estate. Barry, meantime, forged her own career as a strong Manhattan prosecutor. She was one of just two women working as assistant United States attorneys in the District of New Jersey when she joined the department in 1974.
President Trump’s sister was an outspoken supporter of his during the 2016 campaign. But when the president’s niece and fierce family critic Mary L. Trump videotaped her criticizing her for being “cruel” and “out for Donald” before the 2020 race, CNN reports that information about her personal worries became public.

Trump said that his niece was the source of tension in the family.
