Outside a courthouse in New York City, former president Donald Trump goes on a rant, calling the judicial process against him “corrupt” and decrying the media. Trump is dissatisfied with being “stuck” in New York during the trial and longs to be visiting crucial states like Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Ohio on the campaign trail.
Trump passionately disagrees with the judge’s decision regarding the value of the Mar-a-Lago property, alleging there is a huge discrepancy between his calculations and the court’s decision. This ruling stems from a legal lawsuit brought by Letitia James, the attorney general of New York, who accuses Trump of inflating his net worth by using deceptive methods.
Trump adamantly claims that political objectives are to blame for his legal woes. He claims that Attorney General James and the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. are working together to purposefully obstruct and divert him.
“But I’m stuck here because I have a corrupt attorney general that communicates with the DOJ in Washington to keep me nice and busy, because I’m leading Biden in the polls by a lot,” Trump explained. “That’s all it is, this is election interference. They made up a fake case, they’re fraudulent people. And the judge already knows what he’s gonna do.”

Judge Engoron was further blasted by Trump, who stated, “He’s a Democrat judge out of the clubhouses. He’s controlled, and it’s a shame,” Trump said, highlighting his comprehensive understanding of New York City’s inner workings.
“I know this city better than anybody knows this city,” Trump remarked. “There’s nobody who knows it like I do… What’s going on here is a shame. Our whole system is corrupt. This is corrupt!”
Trump attended the trial in order to reveal corruption to the media because he believes no one else is appropriately addressing it.
During a sudden press conference, the former president thanks the media.
Trump was subjected to a gag order by Judge Engoron yesterday as a result of the 45th President criticizing Engoron’s law clerk in the media and on social media. On the second day of the continuing fraud trial, Engoron spoke with Trump’s defense team, “Consider this statement a gag order on all parties with respect to posting or publicly speaking about any member of my staff.”

Enegoron was outraged by a recent post by Trump on Truth Social in which he disparaged Ashley Greenfield, his top legal clerk, by posting a photo of her with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY).
A gag order was issued by New York State Judge Arthur Engoron against former President Donald Trump in order to stop him from saying anything further improper about his personnel. This action was taken in reaction to a recent post on Truth Social, Trump’s new social media site, which Judge Engoron perceived to be a personal assault.
Trump brought up the post yesterday outside the courthouse, telling the gathering press that the trial was a “witch hunt” because of the relationship between Schumer and Greenfield.
