Chuck Norris, a well-known tough guy, recently discussed the Republican Party and blasted Democrats for adopting progressive views. In an intriguing video from 2014, Norris paused from his action-packed activities to express his support for the conservatives.
The well-known actor of “Walker, Texas Ranger” voiced his opinion that Democrats had become too far from the issues facing average Americans while expressing his shifting political opinions.
“What the Democrats believed 40 years ago, the Republicans believe today, and so I realized that I had to go to a Republican because the Democrats had gone just too far off the trail. They just got completely off the trail and lost all reality of what America stood for,” Norris said.
“Republicans, at this point in time, are more focused on what is best for America,” he added.

As the videographer casually mentioned his own lack of faith in the Democratic Party, a feeling that developed following his vote for former President Barack Obama in 2008, Norris chuckled without delight.
“If Obama would have fulfilled his promises, then he would have become one of the best presidents we ever had. But I was afraid when he was saying all this that it was not going to happen, and that was what I was fearful of… Everything that was needed to be done, he did not fill one promise, and so, you know, it’s said,” Norris said.
The 25-year wife of Norris, Gena O’Kelley, said that she agrees, telling the cameraman, “It’s going to be young people like you who keep America great.”
Democrats have been charged with harboring conflicting emotions for Americans from working classes. The Republican Party has, however, been drawing in a wider range of voters lately, especially those without advanced degrees in education. 40% of the population falls under this category. Contrary to previous Republican candidates, President Trump was able to win over more Black and Hispanic voters. A tendency that is consistent with the GOP’s historic base shows that he maintains a solid hold on male and female voters with less formal education but significant work experience.

The Democratic elite, according to critics, has become enamored with Ivy League identity politics themes, diverging from the populist objective of enhancing the financial status of working families. Norris claims that if John F. Kennedy, Jr. were still alive today, this change would have convinced him to support the Republican party.
