At Trump’s opulent Bedminster golf resort, Tucker Carlson and former president Trump do a caustic interview in which they criticize former Fox News star Chris Wallace.
The first presidential debate between Trump and Joe Biden before the 2020 election sprang to mind. “I said how come – and this was in front of, probably not a friend of yours – Chris Wallace, he was the moderator,” Trump said. “Not a friend,” Carlson jumped in right away.

“I said why is it he wants to be Mike, but he doesn’t have the talent?” Trump continued by mentioning Mike Wallace, a celebrated journalist and Chris’ father.
“He’s a bitchy little man,” Carlson said of Chris Wallace. “He wanted to be his father but he didn’t have the talent of his father. His father was great,” Trump added.
During the 2020 debate, Trump reiterates his criticism of Hunter Biden’s contentious business contacts with Russians, claiming payments from senior Russian officials. The First Son’s links to Russian nationals have been confirmed by proof, despite “fact checkers” downplaying the charges.
During the 2020 discussion, Chris Wallace also denied the charge. Regarding Wallace’s support of Biden, Trump remarked, “Chris Wallace was so upset, he was guarding this guy.”
“Remember when I asked a question — why is it that the mayor of Moscow’s wife is allowed to give you $3.5-million-dollars… what did you ever do to deserve 3.5-million-dollars? To Biden,” Trump said. “And Chris Wallace said, ‘this doesn’t – this has nothing to do with the debate,” He proceeded, getting Carlson to chuckle.
“Now people forget that but you go back and take a look, and you will see,” the former president asserted. “And Chris Wallace didn’t want me to ask that question.”
