Former workers are concerned that Fox News’ leaked policy, which suggests a movement towards “woke” corporate attitudes, would cause the formerly center-right network to drift to the left with new internal procedures in place.
The Daily Signal first obtained policies from the Fox News employee handbook, which show that the network has increased its support for staff members under a “Gender Transition” section that promises a “more inclusive work environment” by enabling them to select restrooms based on their preferred gender and specify their preferred pronouns on company materials. The decision was made during a reorganization at the cable news channel with the highest ratings, which followed the unexpected firing of primetime host Tucker Carlson in April.
Despite a media outlet’s request for comment, the Fox representative is mum.
Fox Network received an A+ rating from the Human Rights Commission for its efforts to improve its LGBTQ community-supporting policies. An attempt is being made to accommodate LGBTQ staff, according to unnamed network insiders. An ex-employee claims that Fox has a history of bragging about its successes in diversity at events.
“Fox News devotes hours of programming to attacking ‘woke companies,’ but ironically Fox is as woke as the rest of them,” The Daily Signal was informed by a second former Fox News staffer who emphasized that Fox viewers will be “astonished to find out what the company is like.”
Since Fox is situated in New York City, it must comply with local rules and give staff members access to their preferred toilets. “that most closely align with their gender, regardless of their gender expression, sex assigned at birth, anatomy, medical history, or the sex or gender indicated on their identification.” In accordance with the legislation, a biological woman’s anxiety that a transgender person may use her restroom is not a “lawful reason to deny access.”

By disclosing information on Bud Light’s “woke” partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, Fox goes against what it has been reporting. Due to harsh media exposure from conservative circles, this divisive topic has caused a major decline in the blue-collar beer’s earnings.
The more “woke” Fox News becomes, the less I will watch. They’ve already lost hundreds of thousands of viewers over the Tucker Carlson firing. All woke companies are cutting off their noses to spite their faces in the name of diversity when less than 10 percent of the U.S. population is LGBTQ and transgender.
As a born-again Christian, I believe what the Bible says about homosexuality in Romans Ch. 1 and Leviticus Ch. 20. If God condemns homosexuality, then so do I.
If America’s true Christians boycott you because you’ve gone woke with the gay agenda, you’re out of business. Bud Light and Disney are the best examples of going woke going broke!
