During Fox Business’ Neil Cavuto show, West Virginia Senator Manchin recently explored conceivable support for President Biden’s reelection. Before determining whether or not to support him again, he said, he would need to assess the achievements accomplished by his government. “Well, let’s just see who’s all in the game. I’m not going to say I’m going to support or not support somebody. I want to see and find the best path — the best pathway for America. We got to get out of the toxic relationships that we have in our political process.”
Sen. Manchin was questioned by Cavuto on why he would not firmly support the current Democratic president in the forthcoming election. Sen. Manchin said that his support would depend on who best meets the demands of voters in November. “has the best plan” and will “find a pathway that basically brings America together.”
