Spencer Pratt Finally Said Why He Left Democrats

California officials spent months dismissing federal warnings about commercial driver licenses issued to migrants without valid work authorization.

Now another deadly highway crash has dragged the state back into the national spotlight.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says California knowingly allowed a truck driver who entered the country illegally to obtain a commercial driver’s license before a catastrophic crash on Highway 99 left two Americans dead.

The driver, identified as Manvir Singh, reportedly crossed into the United States through Arizona in 2023 before settling in California. Federal authorities detained him after the crossing but later released him into the country while his immigration case proceeded.

According to law enforcement reports, Singh was behind the wheel of a semi-truck that jackknifed near Lodi on May 19, sparking a violent chain-reaction crash involving multiple vehicles. Investigators say two people were killed during the collision.

Authorities also allege Singh attempted to flee the scene on foot before officers from the California Highway Patrol captured him nearby.
