For years, some of the loudest voices in conservative media warned Americans that Communist China was not simply an economic competitor, but a long-term threat to U.S. sovereignty, national security, and industrial independence.
Now, a reported proposal tied to President Donald Trump has many within the America First movement asking one uncomfortable question:

The political firestorm erupted after reports surfaced claiming the Trump team is exploring a massive agreement that could allow China to pour as much as $1 trillion into American manufacturing projects in exchange for easing certain restrictions on Chinese business activity in the United States.
According to the report, Beijing is seeking relief from national security limitations tied to Chinese-linked investments while also pushing for exemptions on tariffs connected to Chinese-built facilities operating on American soil.
