Patel’s FBI Crackdown Has Cartels Panicking

The FBI under Director Kash Patel is touting a string of major law enforcement victories, including a sweeping crackdown on the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, as the bureau pushes back against mounting attacks from the corporate media and Democrat allies desperate to undermine President Donald Trump’s law-and-order agenda.

During remarks delivered at the FBI’s Wall of Honor for National Police Week, Patel laid out a stunning list of arrests, extraditions, and convictions carried out by federal agents and task forces across the country. The message was clear: while critics in Washington obsess over political hit jobs, the FBI is aggressively targeting gangs, foreign influence operations, kidnappers, scammers, and child predators.

One of the most significant victories came through Joint Task Force Vulcan, which Patel said helped dismantle a major network tied to Tren de Aragua, the ruthless Venezuelan gang that has rapidly expanded its footprint inside the United States amid the chaos of the Biden-era border crisis.

According to Patel, federal agents arrested more than 25 gang members during the operation. Authorities also confiscated a massive cache of weapons, drugs, and cash linked to the organization.

As a result of that operation, they also seized “80 firearms, 18 kilos of narcotics, and more than $100,000 dollars in cash as we worked to crush this terrorist-designated organization,” he said.
