A Violent Record Before Citizenship Approval
According to reports, Olaolukitan Adon Abel had a lengthy criminal history before becoming a U.S. citizen in 2022. His record allegedly included multiple serious offenses, such as sexual battery, assault with a deadly weapon, and battery against a law enforcement officer.
Despite this background, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services approved his naturalization application, a decision now being heavily criticized in light of recent events.
