BOMBSHELL: 315,000 Illegal Votes Confirmed!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

According to The Federalist, the issue stems from a formal challenge filed in March 2022 by election integrity activist David Cross. As reported, “David Cross, local election integrity activist … filed a challenge with the [State Election Board] in March 2022. Cross alleged that Fulton County violated Georgia election rules in the handling of advanced voting ahead of the November 2020 election, counting hundreds of thousands of votes even though polling workers failed to sign off on the vote tabulation ‘tapes’ critical to the certification process. And Fulton County admitted to it.”

Georgia election rules are explicit. As The Federalist explained, “Georgia election rules require that election officials have each ballot scanner print three closing tapes at the end of each voting day. Poll workers must sign these tapes or include a documented reason for refusal.”

Because those tapes were not properly certified, Cross concluded that “Fulton County had no lawful authority to certify its advanced voting results to the secretary of state. Yet it did.”

For millions of Americans, this confirmation validates concerns raised immediately after the 2020 election. It points to a profound breach of public trust and a failure by state and local officials to uphold election safeguards designed to protect the integrity of the democratic process.

Yet the fallout from 2020 extended far beyond administrative errors. Rather than allowing open debate and transparent investigation, political leaders and institutional power centers closed ranks. The response mirrored the heavy-handed tactics seen during COVID—where dissent was treated not as a democratic necessity, but as a threat to be crushed.

Had the issue been handled as a political dispute—subject to public scrutiny, legislative oversight, and cooperative reform—the nation might have avoided much of the turmoil that followed. Instead, discussion itself was treated as a crime.

Those who raised questions faced censorship, professional ruin, and legal retaliation. Peaceful demonstrators, election workers, and even a sitting president were targeted with investigations and prosecutions simply for challenging the official narrative.

President Trump’s call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger must be viewed in that context. The inquiry was aimed at determining whether election laws had been followed—an entirely reasonable request given the unprecedented rule changes implemented during the pandemic.

The Constitution places a clear duty on the president to ensure that laws are faithfully executed. That responsibility does not vanish during an election, nor during a crisis. In fact, it becomes more urgent.

Despite this, Georgia officials moved swiftly to certify results while dismissing legitimate concerns. Political pressure, corporate influence, and activist groups appeared to take precedence over transparency and accountability.

Even now, Fulton County’s legal counsel Ann Brumbaugh has minimized the issue. As The Federalist reported, she described the illegal certification as “a violation of the rule.” She further stated, “since 2020, again, we have new leadership and a new building and a new board and a new standard operating procedure. And since then, the training has been enhanced. … But … we don’t dispute the allegation from the 2020 election.”

That admission alone should have triggered outrage. Instead, the country watched as individuals who questioned the election faced severe punishment, including criminal charges.

In Georgia, Trump and eighteen others were charged under a RICO statute—typically reserved for organized crime—marking an unprecedented escalation against political dissent.

The long-term danger is not confined to one election. The erosion of First Amendment protections and due process sets a precedent that threatens the foundation of the Republic itself.

The Fulton County revelation is not the final chapter. It is another piece of a growing historical record—one that demands accountability, transparency, and a reckoning with the truth before the damage becomes irreversible.
