Boasberg gave the Trump Administration a strict deadline — December 5 — demanding sworn declarations from every individual “involved in the decision not to halt the transfer of class members” during the March deportations. The demand signaled what many conservatives are calling a judicial fishing expedition designed to corner and intimidate former Trump officials.
