Attack Caught on Camera
On Tuesday, surveillance cameras recorded the chilling moment “justice reform” turned deadly serious.
Jose Francisco Garcia, a 44-year-old with nearly three decades of arrests, spotted a man pulling a cart down the sidewalk. Without warning, Garcia pedaled toward him on a bicycle, pulled a knife, and plunged it into the man’s stomach from behind.
