Rivers declared that society should “kill all the kids in foster care.” Shocked, Savannah responded, “Oh, that’s really violent and interesting.” When Savannah pressed further, Rivers snapped. She ranted, “You don’t understand the magnitude of having a child.”
Savannah held firm: “I’m not the one who admitted they would be okay with killing babies in foster care and killing children that had been abused.”
That’s when Rivers lost all control. She lunged forward and punched Savannah in the face twice, preparing to strike again before Henry heroically shielded his wife. The couple immediately called 911. Savannah was rushed to the hospital and required stitches for her injuries.
A Case Built on Evidence… Then Sabotaged
The NYPD acted quickly. Rivers was arrested and initially charged with second-degree assault, a felony. There was crystal-clear video evidence, eyewitnesses, hospital records, and more than $3,000 in medical bills proving the attack.
But once Alvin Bragg’s office took over, everything changed. The felony charge was downgraded to a misdemeanor. Then, in a shocking twist, the case was dismissed altogether.
Why? Not because of lack of evidence. Not because of a technicality. But because Bragg’s prosecutors simply failed to do their job.
Savannah revealed that the prosecutor assigned to her case wasn’t even a licensed attorney—just a law school graduate operating under a student practice rule that is supposed to apply only to minor cases, not violent felony assaults.
Worse, Bragg’s office failed to communicate with Savannah or her attorneys. Calls, emails, and texts were ignored. Finally, the case was tossed on so-called “speedy trial” grounds because the DA’s team failed to file a basic certificate of readiness.
Savannah Speaks Out
In a powerful video statement, Savannah exposed what happened behind the scenes:
“On July 23, 2025, I found out that the prosecution simply allowed this misdemeanor to be dismissed on speedy trial grounds, apparently due to the prosecution’s failure to file a certificate of readiness. I was never advised by the prosecution that my case had essentially been abandoned. As a matter of fact, the prosecutor assigned to handle my case isn’t even admitted to the New York Bar—just an inexperienced law school graduate.”
She continued:
“Yet he was able to handle my case under a student practice rule, which is supposed to apply only to very minor offenses. Prior to the dismissal, the prosecutors failed to communicate with me and with my lawyers, and the failure to communicate continued after my lawyers intervened on my behalf to try and find out how this case could be dismissed. To this day, my lawyers and I have received zero replies despite multiple text messages, emails, and phone calls.”
Savannah did not mince words about what she believes happened:
“It is inconceivable that a violent assault case such as this—one that received widespread media attention, including that shocking video—would be put into the hands of somebody not even admitted to the New York Bar, who then allowed for the case to be dismissed. It is hard to avoid the conclusion that this case was deliberately sabotaged.”

The Radical Left Walks Free While Conservatives Bleed
The result? Brianna J. Rivers, who laughed about the attack online and showed no remorse, is free to roam the streets of New York. Meanwhile, Savannah and her family are left with medical bills, trauma, and no justice.
“To this day, my assailant, Brianna J. Rivers, continues to show zero remorse and make jokes about her act of violence toward me and other pro-lifers. I do not want cliques, fame, or sympathy for what happened to me. I want justice for the countless pro-life and conservative activists who go out and peacefully stand up for what they believe in. And justice for the thousands of pre-born children who will be aborted today, tomorrow, and the next. No one, on either side of the aisle, should experience physical violence for using their First Amendment right. Shame on you, Alvin Bragg.”
Conclusion
This is Alvin Bragg’s America. Hardened criminals are released. Political violence is ignored. And peaceful conservatives are left to fend for themselves.
The case of Savannah Craven Antao is not just one woman’s tragedy—it is a warning sign for every American who dares to speak out against the radical left.
Justice is no longer blind. In Bragg’s Manhattan, it’s been bought, sold, and weaponized.
