Newsmax Launches Federal Antitrust Case
Newsmax dropped a bombshell this week when it filed a federal antitrust lawsuit accusing Fox Corporation and Fox News of abusing monopoly power to crush competition.
The lawsuit claims Fox has been using its dominant position to punish cable and streaming platforms that dare to give Newsmax a fair shot.
Instead of helping conservative media grow stronger against CNN, MSNBC, and the rest of the far-left networks, Newsmax alleges Fox has been kneecapping potential allies behind closed doors.
Allegations of “No-Carry Provisions”
Court filings accuse Fox of inserting “no-carry provisions” into contracts with distributors — rules that discourage them from airing rivals like Newsmax.
