According to Gabbard, the Russians had obtained evidence that Clinton was in poor mental shape, relying on “heavy tranquilizers” to cope with “intensified psycho-emotional problems, including uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness.” That bombshell was buried, never disclosed to the public.
“If Russia aspired to help Trump get elected, which is what the manufactured January 2017 intelligence community assessment says with high confidence, according to Brennan and Clapper, then Putin would have released the most damaging information and emails to help President Trump,” Gabbard told Devine.
Instead, Gabbard believes the Russians were preparing to use the material after Clinton’s presumed victory to trigger chaos.
“It was intentionally withheld and not released because they assumed that Hillary Clinton would win that election, and their plan [was to] wait until maybe days or weeks before her inauguration to release these documents,” Gabbard added.
This isn’t some fringe theory. It’s a statement backed by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and serious documents that have been hidden from public view — until now.
Obama-Era Plot? Gabbard Says Yes
In July, Gabbard stunned reporters when she revealed that she had submitted formal criminal referrals to the Department of Justice based on the evidence uncovered. But her most explosive claim might be what she says about former President Barack Obama’s role in all of this.

DOJ Responds — And It’s Serious
And it didn’t take long for the Justice Department to respond. Attorney General Pam Bondi has now taken the extraordinary step of launching a criminal grand jury investigation into what she reportedly sees as a conspiracy to undermine Trump’s campaign and presidency.
Fox News correspondent David Spunt confirmed the move live on-air Monday night:
“Fox News can confirm that Attorney General Pam Bondi today signed an order directing an unnamed U.S. federal prosecutor to take evidence to a grand jury relating to an alleged conspiracy to tie then 2016 candidate Donald Trump to the country of Russia,” he told host Will Cain.
“While a DoJ spokesperson declined to comment on this report of an investigation, Fox is told Attorney General Bondi is taking the referrals from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard ‘very seriously.’”
“The spokesperson says that Bondi believes there is ‘clear cause for deep concern’ and a need for the next steps.”
This comes just weeks after Gabbard delivered her official criminal referral to the DOJ.
“This move… comes just a couple of weeks after the Director of National Intelligence — you see her right there — Tulsi Gabbard sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department regarding what she says proves there was a conspiracy to undermine Trump’s candidacy and later his first term in office,” Spunt added.
What Happens Now?
If Bondi’s grand jury probe confirms Gabbard’s claims, it could be the biggest political scandal since Watergate. What started as a so-called investigation into “foreign interference” may turn out to be the ultimate case of projection — where the accusers were the ones doing the conspiring all along.
