Neera Tanden ADMITS: I Signed for Biden!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Neera Tanden told lawmakers that she managed the flow of documents to and from the president and confirmed her ability to authorize the autopen’s use.

“As staff secretary, I was responsible for handling the flow of documents to and from the president,” she testified. “I was also authorized to direct that autopen signatures be affixed to certain categories of documents.”

She added that the system she used was inherited from prior administrations — but critics say the difference now is that Biden was completely out of the loop during key decisions.

Tanden’s control over Biden’s signature lasted until May 2023, when she became the director of the Domestic Policy Council.

Tanden’s admission ties directly into an earlier report by the Oversight Project, which revealed Biden had signed pardons for six criminals while vacationing in the U.S. Virgin Islands in December 2022.

Where was the president when these major legal decisions were finalized? On the golf course in St. Croix.

So, who really signed those pardons?

Based on her own testimony, the answer may very well be Neera Tanden.

Neera Tanden’s name has long been tied to controversy. Her emails were exposed in the WikiLeaks dump of Podesta communications, revealing her deep involvement with Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and some of the most inflammatory rhetoric against not only Republicans but also Bernie Sanders and his supporters.

Now, her name is at the center of yet another political firestorm — this one raising questions about the integrity of the presidency itself.

When asked outside the hearing whether there was any attempt to cover up President Biden’s health condition, Tanden responded, “absolutely not.” But the damage may already be done.

WATCH:

President Trump didn’t mince words after Tanden’s testimony made waves.

“Other than the Rigged Presidential Election of 2020, the Biggest Scandal in American History is the ‘AUTOPEN!’” Trump posted to Truth Social. “Whoever used it was usurping the power of the Presidency… They did things that a Joe Biden, of sound mind, would have never done…”

Trump pointed to policies like open borders and transgender ideology as evidence that someone other than Biden was calling the shots — and he promised swift justice.

“Fear not, however,” he declared, “we will bring America BACK, BIGGER, BETTER, AND STRONGER THAN EVER BEFORE!”

The autopen was once a bureaucratic convenience — now it’s a symbol of what some are calling a shadow presidency.

With Tanden’s sworn testimony now public, the door is wide open for further investigation. Was Joe Biden aware of every document he “signed”? Or was his authority silently transferred to unelected staffers while the American people were kept in the dark?

One thing is clear: this scandal isn’t going away — and Neera Tanden may have just blown the lid off of it.

  1. Is she still in any position in this administration? If so, she should be fired and charged with whatever criminal acts are uncovered.
