Judge Says Illegals STAY – No Matter What!

In a stunning act of judicial defiance, a federal judge appointed by Joe Biden has flat-out rejected a U.S. Supreme Court decision and is refusing to lift an order that blocks the deportation of criminal illegal aliens to South Sudan. The ruling has drawn outrage from conservatives and prompted a fiery response from President Trump’s camp.

The high court’s decision was a major win for the Trump team, granting emergency relief and pausing Murphy’s earlier attempt to halt deportations to third-party nations. Yet in a move that has shocked legal observers, Murphy insists the Supreme Court’s decision doesn’t override his remedy order from May 21, 2025.

“The Court’s May 21, 2025 Order on Remedy remains in full force and effect, notwithstanding today’s stay of the Preliminary Injunction,” Judge Murphy wrote.
