In a stunning development that’s sending shockwaves through Minnesota’s political circles, Vance Boelter—the man accused of gunning down two state lawmakers and attempting to kill a sitting senator—has made jaw-dropping claims in a letter addressed to the FBI. According to multiple reports, the alleged assassin says he was secretly trained by a covert U.S. military program and was directed by none other than Minnesota’s far-left Governor Tim Walz to assassinate Senator Amy Klobuchar.
The chilling letter, described as rambling but revealing, was reportedly found in a vehicle Boelter abandoned shortly after the politically charged shooting spree that left State Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband dead, and Senator John Hoffman and his wife hospitalized.
Fox News host Jesse Watters broke the story Friday night, telling viewers, “Today, we’re finding out he wrote a letter to the FBI claiming he was trained by the U.S. military — off the books — and that Tim Walz asked him to kill Amy Klobuchar so he could take her Senate seat.”
