Minnesota is once again making national headlines—and not for anything to be proud of. After a horrific string of early-morning shootings left a former Democrat House Speaker and her husband dead, and a sitting Democrat senator and his wife wounded, one former NFL player is sounding the alarm on what he calls a complete collapse of leadership in the state.
Jack Brewer, who spent years in Minnesota as a star for both the Golden Gophers and the Vikings, didn’t hold back. He directly blamed Governor Tim Walz for what he called Minnesota’s descent into chaos and lawlessness.
“We need to start calling this what it is. These people have lost their minds. I am heartbroken to see one of the most amazing states in America completely turned around under Gov. Tim Walz. Minnesota is confused,” Brewer told Fox News.
Drawing on his own experiences, Brewer said the Minnesota he once knew—where people could have civil disagreements—has been wiped away by left-wing radicalism.
