Comey’s Sick Setup? Kash Patel Connects the Dots

In a move that set off alarms across the country, former FBI Director James Comey once again stepped into the spotlight—and straight into controversy. This time, it wasn’t a press conference or a leaked memo, but a peculiar beach photo that may have put former President Donald Trump in serious danger.

Comey posted an image of seashells arranged to spell out “86 47” on social media. While the average person might glance past it, those familiar with slang saw something sinister. “86” has long been used in criminal circles to mean eliminate or kill. Paired with “47”—a clear reference to Trump being the 47th President if re-elected—the message sent shockwaves through law enforcement and conservative circles alike.

Comey brushed it off, claiming “86” was simply a restaurant term for canceling a menu item. But few were buying the excuse—especially not Kash Patel, former Trump official and now acting FBI Director under the second Trump administration.

Patel didn’t hold back in a fiery segment on Special Report with Bret Baier. “If he wants to come after me, no problem,” Patel said. “I’ve been living rent-free in that guy’s head for years, and that’s just a bonus. Do you know how many copycats we’ve had to investigate as a result of that beachside venture from the former director?”
