With Biden’s physical and mental decline now impossible to ignore, Americans are once again asking: Who was really running the country?
Critics have long pointed to Biden’s heavy reliance on scripted remarks, his minimal public engagements, and even the controversial use of an “autopen” to sign legislation. But now, thanks to a bombshell undercover video released by Project Veritas, those suspicions have taken on a whole new dimension.
In a secretly recorded conversation during a lunch meeting, current Democratic National Committee (DNC) Vice Chair David Hogg appeared to validate many of the concerns swirling around Biden’s presidency.
“The foundational question for me is like, how corrupt is the DNC if so many people knew, or few people knew about Biden?” a Project Veritas journalist asked Hogg during the exchange.
“I mean, I think the fact of the matter is the DNC is always going to be a campaign arm of the president, ultimately,” Hogg admitted. “The bigger issue was like the inner circle that was around Biden. That’s it.”
Hogg then singled out a surprising figure as one of the most powerful and mysterious players behind the scenes: Jill Biden’s chief of staff.
“Like, Jill Biden’s chief of staff had an enormous amount of power,” Hogg said.
“Jill Biden?” the undercover journalist asked in disbelief.
Hogg clarified again: yes, Jill Biden’s chief of staff.
But it didn’t stop there.
Deterrian Jones, a former Biden White House staffer who was also at the meeting, offered an even more disturbing account of this behind-the-scenes power broker—identified as Anthony Bernal.
“That was an open secret. I would avoid him. He was scary,” Jones said.
The journalist, unfamiliar with Bernal, asked for clarification.
“Exactly,” Jones replied. “He’s just a shadowy, ‘Wizard of Oz’-type figure. That’s what made him like so … I knew how he looked, but the general public wouldn’t know how this man looked.”
“But he wielded an enormous amount of power. And I can’t stress to you how much power he had at the White House.”

This isn’t some wild conspiracy theory floated by internet trolls—these are firsthand accounts from a high-level DNC figure and a former White House insider. And if they’re telling the truth, then the American people have been misled on a scale we haven’t seen since Watergate.
Project Veritas has promised that more footage is on the way. If what we’ve already seen is any indication, it’s only going to get worse for Biden—and for the Democrat Party trying desperately to spin this into something it’s not.
